But there is good news! We can refer you to not one, but two other nearby farmers who can provide you with well-raised pork. We are neighbors and friends with both, and have worked together on cooperative pig ventures over the years. Even better, each sells pork differently, giving you now an even wider range of products and services.

Matt and Katie Hackenberg of Mountain Ridge Farm are the farm right next door to us. They raise pastured Old Spot and Tamworth hogs, and also beef. They will have beef available in the fall by quarter, half, and whole. Piglets will be born this fall, ready-to-eat in Spring 2023. They will sell halves and wholes. Then there is Clover Hollow Farm in Paxinos, where Tera and Shawn raise Tamworth hogs originally from our farm. They, too, raise their hogs on pasture and woods with plenty of TLC.

Clover Hollow sells retail cuts which can be ordered directly through their website or by reaching out through email. For example, they are taking preorders now for August availability of bacon, sausages, hams, roasts, pork cubes, ribs, and more. They use Mark's Custom Meats, the same place we do.
